Return and Refund Policy

RMA#s must be obtained within 7 days of delivery to the customer.
To obtain the required Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions, please call 1-800-520-5335. Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
Items returned or exchanged originally purchased with Free shipping (601LD) will be subject a 30% fee for outbound shipping, Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items returned for exchange buyer will be responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping cost.
Custom and imprinted items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
Overview: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on the return of any merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date excluding any shipping charges that where applicable. To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following:
- If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any
additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise.
- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us
IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a Return Authorization Number, which must be printed on the returned boxes. (Returns without Return Authorization will be rejected). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- You are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we only refund
unopened and unused products.
